David W. Brossi
Dave, a third generation builder has been a successful real estate broker, builder and developer for the last 34 years.  He received his undergraduate degree in finance and economics from Bentley University and built his first house before he graduated. He has built homes and developed beautiful and desirable neighborhoods and rental communities all over Massachusetts in great towns like Framingham, Grafton, Lexington, Hopkinton, Northbridge, West Boylston and Westborough.  

When he's not working on planning and developing his next project, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his three boys Benjamin, Jeremy & Christian. He loves the outdoors and enjoys riding his dirt bikes and motorcycles and traveling all over the United States.
Robert Wood
Bob has over 45 years of experience in all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial construction and comes from a long line of builders.  Upon graduation from high school, he jumped right into working for his father and grandfather's construction business.  Since coming on board in 2004, Bob has helped Dave build homes and communities all across Massachusetts and has managed all construction at Presidential Farms, Ashton Place, Reservoir Estates, Wachusett Heights and Hillview Estates.

When he's not supervising our fleet of sub-contractors and keeping our projects on schedule, Bob loves to spend time with his wife Cindy, his four kids, Robbie, Danny, AnneMarie and Megan and his grandkids.  He's always had a passion for farming and currently raises beef cattle and hopes to one day own his farm.  Bob also loves the outdoors and enjoys camping all over New England, especially in Maine.

George Fitzgerald
​George is our newest employee and has taken on the role of Facilities Manager/Maintenance Technician for Brossi Realty after working in a rehabilitation facility for ten years. We welcome George to our Brossi Realty team! George works in the Property Management division maintaining our existing rental properties as well as helping with our new construction projects. 

For ten years, George worked as the Plant Director where he managed the maintenance department of a 162-bed facility as well as over 30 years of building out, running and selling restaurants which has blessed us with an extremely knowledgeable employee who will be able to handle any situation that he encounters. 

George is a native to northeastern Connecticut where he spends his spare time with his two daughters and three grandchildren. George also loves to travel and is looking forward to planning some upcoming trips.
Doreen Lefort
Doreen joined our team in the Spring of 2013 and comes to us with over twelve years of office management, administrative and operations experience.  She attended Nichols College where she studied accounting and Salter College where she studied medical billing and coding with a specialty in behavioral health.  Doreen has also attained her Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons license and has recently received her CAM designation as a Certified Apartment Manager.  Doreen works in the Property Management division of Brossi Realty where she handles all aspects of tenant leasing and management at our Hillview Estates, Ashton Place and Wachusett Heights communities.  

​Doreen is a lifelong resident of Northbridge and is extremely familiar with the Blackstone Valley. Please do not hesitate to call upon her when searching for your next rental or real estate purchase.

From start to finish and beyond you've been there to help us through the process and that made it so much easier. From working with us through financing to closing we were taken care of. Kevin Kuras
Kevin joined the Brossi Realty team in January of 2012 until his sudden and unexpected departure in September of 2020.  He was a graduate of Blackstone Valley Technical Vocational High School, where he studied carpentry and had been involved in the trade ever since.  Kevin oversaw the Property Management division of our company and focused on the upkeep and maintenance for all our projects at all of our sites. In addition, in his role as a construction supervisor, Kevin actively helped support Bob with all our new construction projects.

When he wasn't at work, Kevin loved to spend time with his wife Christine, their sons Tyler, Jeffrey and Declan, and his friends and family. Kevin's true passion was sports.  When he wasn't watching the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins or Celtics, he was out playing softball, golf or flag football...or teaching his boys to. He was simply amazing and a core part of our little Brossi Realty family and we will always love him and appreciate all he did for us and all the ways he was there for us, both personally and professionally, as our friend and as our co-worker. He will be missed beyond measure.

Trish O'Neil
​Trish, joined our team in December of 2021 and comes with over 18 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. She attended Mass Bay and UMass Boston where she studied criminal justice.

Trish, specializes in retail leasing and sales, but also does office and industrial. She enjoys working with small businesses in the Metrowest region, along the Routes 9 and 135 corridor, West to Route 495 and from the ‘Boroughs’, South to Route 95.

She has three children, Maranda, Devin and Kendra as well as three, beautiful grandchildren, Jaelyn, Hunter and Trystan. When she is not working she enjoys, traveling to visit her children or time at the beach and mountains with family and friends. Trish, prior to Covid spent a lot of time volunteering. She was on the committee for Relay for Life for over 7 years as the entertainment chair person for the Ashland/Holliston Relay.
